Opting out of marketing texts does not opt you out of essential service-related messages (e.g., appointment confirmations) while you have active service with us.

7. Data retention

We retain personal information as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations (including tax, accounting, and warranty records), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Lead inquiries that do not become customers are typically retained for up to 24 months. Customer service records are typically retained for at least 7 years following the last service to support warranty claims and tax obligations.
