What we typically do in TrailMark

TrailMark homes are mostly 5-9 years old now — the early customization wave is winding down and the first refresh wave is starting. Common TrailMark jobs: cabinet hardware swaps replacing builder-grade brushed nickel, accent walls in family rooms and primary bedrooms, smart-switch upgrades, TV-mount drywall patches as homeowners re-mount, interior repaints from original neutrals, and the start of exterior pressure washing as siding ages into year 6+. Less catch-up structural work than older communities.
