TrailMark is built by Dream Finders Homes plus MasterCraft and Reverie at TrailMark (the 55+ section), with most homes 2017+ construction across roughly a dozen sub-village layouts. Is Reverie at TrailMark different from TrailMark?
Reverie at TrailMark is the 55+ active-adult section within TrailMark, built by Dream Finders Homes. Same master-planned community, same amenities, but Reverie homes are restricted to 55+ buyers and have a slightly different floor-plan mix. We work both.
How fast can you get to TrailMark?
About 32 minutes from our Ponte Vedra Beach HQ via I-95 / SR-13. We batch TrailMark with World Golf Village and SilverLeaf work — typically Tuesdays and Fridays.
Do you charge a travel fee for TrailMark?
For most work, no. Very small under-$200 jobs may carry a $25-$50 travel addition we tell you about upfront. Packaged jobs absorb the drive fine.
