We charge a per-job rate when we can. When the scope is open-ended, we charge $60/hour per technician. We always tell you which it is before we start so you can decide.

We pass through our cost on materials at no markup. Receipts on request. Anything we already have on the truck — patch kits, common fasteners — is included in labor at no extra charge.

If the job creates more than a kitchen trash bag of waste, we add a small disposal fee. Smaller jobs are included in labor. For very large jobs (full room demos), a dumpster rental gets quoted separately.

Workmanship coverage $10 12-month workmanship coverage

Drop cloths, dust containment, vacuum, wipe — always included in labor, never a separate line. We leave the room cleaner than we found it.

We do not charge a call-out fee or trip fee. The drive is on us. For very far jobs outside our standard service area (Hastings, parts of southwest St. Johns County) we may quote a small travel addition — we tell you about it upfront, never in the invoice.

How much to fix a sticky door?
Most sticky-door fixes are under an hour and run $150–$225. We diagnose whether it's the door, the hinges, or the frame — and fix the actual cause, not just plane the edge.
Can you replace just the door, or do I need a new frame?
If the frame is straight and the hinges aren't shot, just the door — that's $250–$450 interior and $400–$700 exterior. If the frame is bowed or rotted, we replace it too, which runs another $200–$400.
Do you do storm doors?
Yes. Standard storm door install (you supply the door) runs $250–$400. We supply: add product cost.
Can you re-key locks?
Yes, for Kwikset and Schlage residential locks. If you want all the locks in the house keyed alike, we'll do them at once.
My slider drags. Can you fix it?
Almost always — usually the rollers are worn or the track is full of debris. Most slider tune-ups run $200–$400. If the glass or frame is shot, we'll tell you, and full slider replacement we refer to a window specialist.
Do you repair window screens?
Yes — re-screening window or slider screens runs $75–$150 per screen and is usually a same-day job.
